What a privilege it was doing a destination engagement shoot to the beautiful lands in Butternut, Wisconsin. Immersed in the natural forests that were around us it didn't take long to find great locations for this shoot. Next to the family cabins is a lake that was thankfully frozen over. We had the opportunity to then walk on the ice! For my first experience shooting in the snow I was delighted at every turn.
